Stretching and jelqing

I have tried jelqing a few years ago with some results and I have recently decided to start again. This time around I want to take it more seriously. I bought a Fastsize extender for stretching and I am trying to work on a jelq program that I like. I am kinda jumping right back into it with a bit of an aggressive start so I hope to see some decent results within a month. One question I have is what should I do first.should I jelq and then put on the extender to keep my penis stretched out and hanging. Question two is how often is too often for jelqing because I have been doing my 200 or so reps throughout the day instead of all at once or is it better to do it in one sitting and then be done for the day or maybe once in the morning and once at night. Also has anyone on here used the Fastsize extender? Should I apply a cock ring after jelqing to keep the blood pumped inside?well as you can see I have a few things that I’m wondering about. I just want to know the best order or best way to go about this so I can see some results. I don’t want to be one of the people who buy something and bitch that it doesn’t work. I don’t think the sequence matters much though most people do stretching before jelqing. If you don’t have time or can’t concentrate or maintain desired erection level for doing 200 jelqing in one sitting, then it is better to split jelqing 2 or 3 in a day.

Well it’s not so much maintaining an erection level all the time that is the hard part.I can deal with that fairly well. It’s just that 200 + is a long time I guess I get bored easily so I will do 100 here and there through the day
