Stretching and Jelqing

Do I have to jelq right after I stretch, or can I spread the two throughout the day. I like stretching in the morning during showers and jelqing at night. I’ve only been PE-ing for about 2 weeks, so I wanna make sure I get this right.

I am also wondering whether or not weight lifting will effect penis growth. Whenever I work out, I notice that my penis “shrivels” a lot. I have never felt any pain or discomfort in my penis.it just shrivels.

As far as the weight lifting goes I think it is a good thing for PE. It increases your bodys natural production of hormones and if you are lifting weights you are probably eating well also. Both of these things will help you make gains. My penis also seems to shrivel after an intense weight lifting session. This is only because all of the blood in your body is rushing to your muscles including the blood in your penis. This is only temporary, and will not affect any gains made from PE.

What about the stretching and jelqing?? Should I do one after another or can I space them out like I do now?

Sorry, I don’t do either of those. I just hang and pump. Mostly hanging for now.

Hey Calvinn,

You’ll find that alot of guys here split their routine up by stretching in the morning, & then jelqing at night. The guys who do this are either short pressed for time - education or work commitments - but in no way does it seem to hinder progress.

If you don’t want to jelq straight after a stretching session, then by all means split up your routine by stretching am & jelqing pm.

None of this will limit gains.
