I had a earlier thread about how I’ve developed premature ejaculation and how I thought it came from doing towel raises and no reverse kegel work. Then I realized that my glans are much more sensitive. I remember when I started a new routine that was stretch heavy and for several minutes after my glans would be really sensitive. So here’s my question, is it possible that gripping my glans for so long while stretching has caused my glans to become so sensitive that it’s the source of my sudden PE?

Also I’m curious if any of you guys have had a similar experience where your glans got really sensitive from stretching or any other exercises.

We more often hear about guys saying they think they have lost glans sensitivity from stretching because of the friction of the grip causing thickening of the skin. :shrug:

Yeah that makes since and that what I thought would happen, but I’m going to drop the stretches for maybe 2 weeks and just jelq and see if that was the issue. Sucks.. I think the extra stretching was what I needed to get gains.

Glans sensitivity is a good thing.

Have you thought about attacking your pre-mature ejac issue with an edging routine? Basically that will teach you to really recognize the signs of impending ejaculation and help you develop ways to delay ejaculation for as long as you like. And it is a lot of fun.

Additionally I think edging may help cement gains because of the fully engorged long duration erection you get.

I’ve thought about it a little. I’ve edged in the past just for the hell of it. I’m just not sure if it will help me because I don’t have primary PE, but secondary. The first few years of my sex life were fine. I honestly didn’t get this issue until I changed to a more stretch and kegel heavy routine, but either way I’m going to a jelq only routine and will probably edge 3 times a week and see what happens.

No I don’t take ginkgo on a regular basis. Now and again I take 1 capsule and didn’t take note if there was improved sensitivity. Would also love a bigger glans!!!

I was actually looking through Equine Rooster’s “movin on up” thread earlier that was recomended to me and in there someone mentioned the New Jelq City thread so hopefully I can make jelq only work for me.

Crazy thing is I used to take Ginkgo biloba , but I stopped taking it months ago and I don’t remember it effecting me then, It didn’t effect my sensitivity from what I remember.
