Stretching and glan sensitivity
I had a earlier thread about how I’ve developed premature ejaculation and how I thought it came from doing towel raises and no reverse kegel work. Then I realized that my glans are much more sensitive. I remember when I started a new routine that was stretch heavy and for several minutes after my glans would be really sensitive. So here’s my question, is it possible that gripping my glans for so long while stretching has caused my glans to become so sensitive that it’s the source of my sudden PE?
Also I’m curious if any of you guys have had a similar experience where your glans got really sensitive from stretching or any other exercises.
