Hey guys. I’ve just recently come off of an unintentional 6 day hiatus from PE. I have two questions that I hope you can help me with.

1. Do manual stretches have limited usefulness? When I was PEing last night, I was pulling fairly hard and I found it difficult to really feel a stretch. Does the penis toughen over decon breaks and become harder to stretch?

2. I could swear that before I ever started jelqing last night my penis was bigger than when I was interrupted earlier last week. Do gains ever come from taking time off?

It seems I will have to take tonight off unfortunately. When I was jelqing last night, my grip slipped and my fingernail scratched my shaft. There was only a little bit of blood so I tried continuing, but the injury was more extensive than I realized. I was forced to stop. I’ll need to wait for it to heal.

It sounds like you have been too aggressive on your routine. Remember, you only have one dick once is broke then you done!

When you have stopped for few days it is necessary to restart slow till you pick you point again. The gains you were talk about sound like temporary gains, it will comeback till becomes permanent, do not worry about it

The one thing I will bring to your attention quickbeam is. That after a few days of stretching fatigue is built up. If you have fatigued enough when you come to PE a day after as you come to stretch it will ache. In my case I find once I’ve been stretching again nearing the end of a stretching set the aching wears off and I can no longer really feel it. Then I leave it a few hours and stretch it again, it’s all achy again.

Obviously certain stretches you can only pull so hard, once that limit is reached and you’re no longer gaining the only thing you can do is do it for longer. When it becomes so long it’s ridiculous and inconvenient, it’s time to grow your dick another way. A different stretch hitting the tunica instead of ligaments, or another approach, maybe even just quit PE for many months which some have had success with then starting over when the tissues return back to normal.
