What is an acceptable (safe and/or FAVOURABLE) level of erection during manual stretching exercises?

10-30% when it feels a little bit puffed in your hand, its very maleable

On witch level do you guyes do it?

Did any have special experience with the thema/issue?

I tend to strive for a complete flaccid. That being said, I’ll accept a 5-10% erection. Like you said, “still malleable”. If there’s any doubt, i.e there’s some rigidity, I let the erection subside.

When I first started stretching, I had to stop and wait more often than now. I’ve gotten used to the feeling I guess.

Stats at 11/25/05: BPEL: 6.77 in, EG: 4.25 in

Right now: BPEL: 7.12 in, EG: 4.48 in

I agree with Vaeltaya. I try doing it with a complete 100% flaccid. I’ll accept a 10% erection at the most.

No erection whil stretching. And for new persons just starting only about 30-60% erection. Follow newby routine for a couple of months.

How can you describe (qualitatively) flaccid state????

Remember that after warm wrap the penis has more amount of blood, but is it still flaccid or is it correctly to say that it has a 10-20% of total erection….
