I’m aware that some guys have issues with EQ after stretching, I’m one of these guys.

I recently did experimented with regular 1 minute stretches around 3 or 4 times a day for about 2 weeks. My BPFSL grew by about 5mm and my dick was hanging low.

I’m a stealth PE’er and the last two weekends my dick went soft just as she was about to cum. It’s been pretty traumatic. Haha! She has no clue why this is happening. I stopped all PE about 10 days ago.

Veterans.. I’m thinking maybe I should focus on jelqs to get my EQ back? Or just take a while longer off? I don’t think I’m injured or suffering from over training. I’m thinking maybe my tunica is a little lose and I need to work the smooth muscle to get back to titanium erections?

Any other guys with similar issues please share yours?

Are you getting enough sleep? Instead of jelqs, edge for a half hour each day if you can. I’m sure that will help.

It just do happens my sleeping pattern is out of sync.. But I’m probably getting my 8 hours.

I have been edging a little bit to just see if I lose my erection!

I’ll look into a proper edging routine, I tend to avoid it because I try to not fap or watch porn!

Edging can be done quite easily without porn and going all the way to ejaculation. I think it will help.

Thanks Richard, btw I’m not in a rush to get back to a routine to grow I just wanted to see if there was anything specific I could do to get my wood back.. It’s a new relationship, losing my dick hasn’t been fun.

EQ has to have priority 1 all the times - final period. So yes, the EQ has to be regained before any PE can be relaunched. And I advocate too to refrain from using porn as I think it is a great way to build a healthy mindset, not only for PE.

The first training should be the introduction of some destressing and blood circulation enhancement. In my view, this can be done with walking, the optimum is walking in a good scenery. 10’000 steps a day is not much, but it has to be done. It helps you to get more blood to where it’s needed and even prevents cardiac deficencies on the long term. And walking outside, especially in great nature, is very relaxing for the soul. Try and find a way of including daily walking in your agenda.

Second candidate is Kegel exercises. By training your pelvic muscles, you gain “dick control” as you become able to manage the hardness at will by pumping blood into your erection. A gradual routine, starting with 1-2mins per day and adding a minute per week is sufficient. At least I can testify that Kegels were and still are my strongest way of improving EQ.

Then edging: yes, but without orgasm at the end. Try to keep yourself as long as possible and as close as possible to the point of no return. When you get too tired, just stop and let it deflate slowly. To be done best before sleep. Real edging without orgasm has, by the way, a PE effect as it creates quite some internal pressure which is good for girth growth.

Then sleep: sure, everybody tells you to have a regular sleep pattern. But how to achieve when life puts a lot of stress on you (which by the way is a ways more probable candidate for creating EQ problems than PE - aks yourself what stress patterns do you have). But there is a very mild drug helping: heavy red wine. I do not advocate to become an alcoholic, on the contrary. But even physicians see a lot of advantages in regular and moderate consumption, mainly as infarctus prevention. And it works ONLY with heavy red wine, no beer, white wine and surely avoid spirits. 1 glass (max 2 decilitres) before going to bed will calm you just the right amount to find sleep fast as you will be relaxed but not drunk. But really only one glass, not more!

Then back to PE:

I have a suspicion regarding you PE method: stretching several time per day for 1 minute (and I guess in several directions too). This is surprisingly heavy routine, as the penis does not get conditioned by warming up to what follows. So all tissues are pretty resistant and you need a lot of force for the stretches. So I guess your penis got a bit injured or at least traumatized by the heavy grips while stretching.

My recommendation is to introduce warm-up and warm-down and limit the stretching to 30 seconds per direction. Do sufficient rest days, a 1on/2off schedule for the first month should be perfect.

But again, first a decon break of at least 2 weeks during which you start walking and kegeling. Then only when EQ is good again start with PE.

I really appreciate your input, I remember last time I had an injury your advice put me at ease and helped get me back up to speed!

I woke today with a 100% erection that wouldn’t go down so I’m going to start the Linear Newbie Linear routine with EQ being my main focus and try not to measure for around 3 months.

I often see you encouraging walking 10 k steps to fellow PE’ers, I like to workout with kettlebells in short bursts of high-intensity intervals, which is incredibly demanding on the cardio vascular system. I’ve slacked the past 3 months and my output has diminished to around 40% of the norm when I worked out last week. You could say I’m out of shape at the moment.. I have a feeling this could be why I’ve been losing my dick. I’ve also quit smoking, or should I say, replaced smoking with vaping (temporarily) - another strong possible cause of Mr floppy.. After a quick google search, e-cigs seem to have this effect on a number of men.

I’ll start the linear routine, work on my cardio, cut down on the vaping, drink some wine and sleep like a boss and report back in a few months - hopefully with some solid gains and a rock solid dick!

Personally, edging helps me get my EQ back to normal when I lose it a bit. I have found that the bigger I get the more I have to work on EQ. Your body needs to adapt to the new size and thus has to send more blood for better EQ. I personally have found that when my EQ drops, then I can go get the ruler because there was gains made. So I see a drop in EQ as a good sign that Im on the right track, but I also work on getting my EQ back as fast as possible. A edging routine of 20 minutes without happy endings usually gets me back to normal within a week.
