If I stretch and do not jelq, will this lead to a decrease in erection quality?


Starting Stats (10.7.08): 7.0 BPEL x 6.0 EG

Goals by 2010: 8.5 BPEL x 6.25, with a NBP of over 8.

Yeah it will, do a little bit of jelqing as well just to make sure EQ doesn’t go too low.


Starting Stats: 27/10/2008 - BPEL: 5.9' BFSL: 6.1' EG: 5' (I think); Goal: BPEL: 7.9' EG: 6.5'; I want to reach my goal by October 2009. My focus is on lenght at this time.

Niz is right. Whatever kind of PE you are doing, add a little of jelqs, it will help.

I think that’s why in the newbie routine you stretch for 5 min and jelq for 10. The stretch gets it warmed up for the main event.

Bang on. I stretch to warm up and warm down. The jelqs are what its all about for me.

Manual stretching for length is entering hanging territory…
