Stretching 7days Discussion on jelqing over 200

Just wondering do you think it’s beneficial to stretch 7days a week. I do at least half an hour every night but not sure whether I need to take days off to recover. So would appreciate advise on that and whether much benefit can be derived from doing more than 200 jelqs. I plan to take 2days off a week from jelqing, preferably would stop the stretching too but if I can get better gains but no rest time I won’t take it.

As I understand it with, hanging you get fatigued from it and then keep on hanging in a fatigued state which helps gains I believe. With my stretching and jelqing, my dick is fine, always good erections and everything so not quite sure if I need rest time. Advise! Sorry if I repeated myself, just wanted to make things clear.

If your PIs are good then it should be fine. There has always been talk of the amount of stretching needed to see gains and in my experience daily stretching wasn’t too much and it was during that time I gained consistently. The stretching became routine and gains came slowly but surely; as for jelqs I think there is a benefit from increasing the number of jelqs as you become conditioned. I keep my jelqs at the same number and just increase my stretching parameters as I’m going mainly for length.

So to recap in my opinion stretching for seven days a week is fine with good PIs and moderate force; light and easy always being cautious.
Benefit is derived from increasing jelqs once you’re conditioned but they can be kept constant for maintenance.

I agree with Yoyoto, that if your PIs are good then it is fine to stretch every day. One thing I have noticed that really helps is to do a stretch session one day that really fatigues your penis, edge that night, and the next day do a lighter version of your stretching session. I still do 2 days on 1 day off of PE, but that is just me, everyone is different.

I’ve never found stretching to tax the penile tissues as much as jelqing/trapping/constriction does. Some people on this site, Krod comes to mind, stretch every day, sometimes multiple times a day.

As for the number of jelqs I’d suggest focusing on the quality of the jelq stroke before getting bogged down in the numbers game. 150 great jelqs with perfect erection levels will always be better than 600 half-assed jelqs with not enough blood moving around.

I’m only about a month in and I’m up to 150 jelqs. I tried 175, and 200 once but I felt like it was too much. I received positive PI’s will less, so I’m staying at 150 for now.

Some good answers, Thanks! I never find that stretching fatigues me what so ever. I guess I shall do it for 7days but rest 2days from the jelqs because I hate them so dam much! I’m also mainly going for just length at the moment. I don’t think the erection level matters to much so long as it’s lowish.

In my mind when I jelq at such a low erection level, all that matters is holding the dick at a downwards angle for like 15minutes or so giving a bit of stretch whilst stimulating cells thus helping length, correct?

My PI’s have been perfect. But yoyototo do you or anyone else understand the science of how jelqing helps gains. Would my explanation above cover it? If so I wouldn’t bother to increase jelq time. If there’s more too it I probably will.

I don’t understand much of the science as whenever I start reading long posts that explain things I start to zone out. My assumption with jelqs has always been they force blood flow which strengthens blood vessels, over time new blood vessels are created, and the pressure forces stretching of tissues thereby increasing growth.

So Stretching every day for 30-40 minutes a day PLUS ADS for 2-3 hours is okay?? I’m not able to jelq because of a weak erection and not being able to keep one for too long, so right now I’m just stretching a lot. Hopefully in the next few months I lose some weight get better blood circulation and got on Jelquing.

You can jelq at a low erection level, even 30-40% is beneficial. And you can watch porn while you do it if it helps. This should help with your EQ (erection quality). You can also improve EQ by doing 10 minutes of kegels, one day on, one day off. (Kegel - tensing for 3 seconds or so the muscle used to stop a flow of urine while pissing).

But it’s possible that you’re stretching and ADS is CAUSING your bad EQ. You should cut down on length work and see if your EQ improves. If it does, you’ll know you’ve been over doing it. If it doesn’t, you seriously need to work on what’s causing your bad EQ. Goodluck ^_^
