Stretches?

Stretches?

Is stretching mostly for your ligs? Or does it stretch the tissue that’s like a sponge as well? (I’m guessing there’s more of a stretch on the ligs tho…)

When you do regular stretches, everything is stretched: ligs, TA, CC.

Beginner stretches are more aimed toward ligs and revealing more of the “hidden penis”.

From what I’ve read the main targets of stretches are the ligs and the tunica. Focusing on the ligs first will get you a decent amount of size quickly (relatively) and then you should focus on the tunica. Everything is stretched in the stretching exercises though.

Well, how long should you stretch till you *think* your hidden penis can’t “come out” any farther?

Cause I’ve gained about .7” from it already, and I don’t know how much more of a “hidden penis” I have left…

What do you recommend I add for length stretches aside from the regular good old stretches?

Everything is stretched, it’s just that in different directions or using different methods.. diffferent parts are isolated. Stretching downwards brings the ligs more into it. Stretching upwards takes the ligs out of the equasion. Straight out would be a combo of both I guess. V stretches are like when you shine a magnifing glass onto a leaf. Targetting different areas of the tunica depending on where the stretch is done and whether it’s inverted (stretching downwards isolated top side of shaft) or regular V stretches (stretching upwards, focussing on underside of shaft). For V stretches, I do base, midshaft and near glans. For the object you use to stretch over the top of, a narrow object like a wooden spoon or drumstick or your fingers will give a very narrow area targetted, a more girthier object like deodarant or cola can targets a wider area.

The place of grip makes a difference as well, gripping midshaft focusses the stretch on the base. Gripping close to the glans stretches more of the midshaft. Gripping at the glans stretches the part near the glans (not recommended for newbies, bad grip can cause sensativity problems).

Cuban B,

I think you mixed up V stretches and inverted V stretches. V stretches are done by using your thumb to put downward pressure on the top of the shaft, while inverted V stretches are done by using the index and middle finger to put upward pressure on the underside of the shaft.

Inverted = penis is pulled downwards towards the floor. There is no rule for which fingers or thumbs to use for each stretch, you can use whatever object you want. Each one gives it’s own unique feeling. I know the Thunders video demonstrations do it this way, but this is just one person’s way of doing it. I do them sitting for example. There is no rule that they must be done while standing.

For some more in inverted V stretches, Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism.

CubanB,

Sorry, I misunderstood your first post. I agree that using fingers is not a rule, however, if you use an object instead of fingers that stretch is called an aided V stretch (or aided inverted V stretch). From what I can make of memento’s post he was doing a type of aided inverted V stretch. I just want to make a distinction so the newbies don’t get confused when one name for an exercise is used in the manual and videos and another in the forum. One more thing: inverted V stretches can be done by simply pulling straight (and then putting upward pressure on the underside of the shaft), while aided inverted V stretches are done by pulling the penis downward over an object.

Thanks for the help guys! Appreciate it muchly! :P

So V-stretches for targeting the tunica more, eh?

Anyways, what’s the literal translation of a tunica when it comes to the penis (a for dummies version please :X)?

Is really confusing me xD

V stretches, inverted V stretches, high angle stretches and bundle stretches will target the tunica more.

Yes you are right. It’s just that I haven’t read the term of “aided” v-stretch, since the first month I joined when I downloaded all the videos. Since then, I’ve got into the habit of what others do as well. And just call them v stretches, whether they are aided or not. I don’t think any harm is done, but I will try to remember to save less confusion for next time. :)

This topic has a good description.

Focus Your PE and Gain! TGC Theory

I like the analogy of the the bicycle tyre.

For length, you can only get so much from the ligs and the base of the penis. Focussing on the tunica focusses on lengthening the shaft itself. For example if you wanted to extended the part from your midshaft to your glans (circ scar area), there is certain v stretches (or aided) you could focus on to get there. The small length gains that can be made through clamping and jelqs are also tunica based. Because the pressure comes from within pushing outwards on the tunica, like overinflating the bike tyre.

Yeah, I know I can get a bit overly meticulous at times. I guess that’s just a character flaw of mine. :)
