I know most just grab behind the glan and pull. Thats the basic way, But what if you extend,(pull) like normal , then grab the entire shaft about 1 inch above the base and pull. The stretch seems to hit the lig’s and the tunica. It feels much more intense than just behind the glan.

Yeah I am experiencing the same thing. Grabbing just the glans not only doesn’t feel a lig stretch for me in any direction but it feels very dangerous, like I will rip off the head. I grab 1 inch up like you mentioned and do my stretches which has worked so far.

The idea is to feel the stretch, not pain, but a nice pull.

If that is what you feel, then by all means continue.


Personally, I get a lot of skin stretching when I do that, I can feel the lig stretch better from grabbing behind the glans.
