Stretches for Pelvic Floor Health

Hello everyone. This is my first post but have read several threads and comments on here for quite some time. I wanted to share some insight that I gather from this community.

The main issue it had as a lack of inflated penis glans (both flaccid and erect). It didn’t matter how much I kegel new blood to the glans, it will briefly engorge but quickly go back to a deflated state.

I searched for ways to remedy this because I once had a good size head inflation (nothing to brag about) that was vastly more satisfying mentally and sexually than my current state.

These are two threads I read extensively and have tested, which provided me with mixed results:

The first one is using essential oils with a carrier oil, which was said to enrich the penis and shaft with new blood since the oils help open up blood vessels. Sadly I am among those that didn’t see any positive results. I continued my research and experiments.

The second one is said to promote penis health by breaking down scar tissue that may be unseen within the shaft. Needless to say, I didn’t find the solution I was looking for here as well.

However, I did manage to find the solution I have been looking for all along by following these stretches.…s-relax-pelvis/

These stretches target the pelvic floor muscles along the underside of you penis and butt. They are great if they are too tight, which can be tensed from regularly working out and/ or not enough stretching. It will take time and you have to be patient with your breathing to ensure you are promoting good stretches those tight muscles, otherwise, you won’t see the improvement you are shooting for.

Another quick note, when I heard of kegels, I only performed the squeezes and not the pulls, which is ESSENTIAL for balance. If you only perform squeezes time and time again, you are only making the muscles tight, which minimizes the overall blood flow in that region. Kegel Pull (opposite of squeezing) along the tense muscles to relax, thus allowing blood flow and nutrients to come in. My incorrect ways cost my inflated glans and balanced PC muscles. Give this a shot and let me know if you see any improvement within 48 hours.
