I’ve been doing pe for a while now and I have seen a 0.15” increase in my bpel. My flaccid length has always been very variable so difficult to know if I’ve gained in that department.
I’ve also been taking bone pressed stretched length measurements and have seen a whole inch increase in this measurement.
I’ve not seen much reference to stretched measurements or how they correlate to gains in flaccid or erect length, does anyone else take stretched measurements and does anyone know if gains in stretched length are a good indicator to what gains can be expected in erect length?
