Since the newbie routine advocates a warm up/wrap, is it actually safe to have a stretch plus dry jelq several times during the day when going to the toilet? If so, how many of each would you do? Firstly, I obviously won’t be warmed up when doing this, and secondly, will I overtrain if doing this alongside the newbie routine?


Here is my opinion,

First, I suggest you to do the warm up things before PEing.
Second, I don’t think it is a good idea for you to start dry jelqing.
Third, I guess that you won’t spend alot of time in the toilet for PEing, so it is not really effective for you to get some gains.

For me, it’s better to spend 20 minutes to do the workout in a proper way than 4 times of 5 minutes of quick stretching and jelqing. Got what I mean? :)

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Sorry, I don’t think I made myself clear! Thanks for the reply anyway. I actually plan to PE in the ‘traditional’ way (20-30mins workout) but I wanted to know if it’s safe to supplement during the way with un-warmed up stretches and jelqs and kegels in addition to what I’m doing.

If you think it’s best to do a 2 on 1 off for a month routine on it’s own with no supplementary stuff during the day, then cool


IMO, yes. I do 1 minute any direction stretch OR 15x3secs dry-jelq whenever I pee. I am thinking that letting your unit do light work during daytime will be good, although it may not give you gain, but it may not harm you either.
