How long do you guys stretch?

How far you take it?:)

If you’re just starting out, just follow the newbie routine. I believe it suggests to work your way up to ~10 total minutes of stretching each PE session.

I stretch for more than an hour but don’t forget I am advanced. You should start doing the newbie routine for at least 3 months and then decide what you want.
