My LOT is around 8-9, so which angle should I stretch to get the fastest results (answer in clock terms please)

You’d probably like a simple answer, but I bet you’ll get more out of a little more complicated one. It’s like my mother said: Give man a fire and he is warm for the rest of the night, light man on fire and he’s warm the rest of his life.

The LOT is used to determine if you have already outstretched your ligs or if you can still get gains by stretching them. The lower your LOT is, the looser your ligs are and the less can be gained by stretching them. If your ligs are so loose then there is no point in stretching them anymore, you have to start stretching your tunica/septum.

Now, you shouldn’t ask at what angle you should stretch, but which you should stretch, ligs or tunica/septum. Generally, you stretch ligs by stretching to lower than 9 o’clock and tunica/septum by to higher than 9 o’clock.

You can think LOT of 6 as sort of a zero point. When at 7, you gotta consider if the little that you can gain is worth it. Now, with your LOT of 8-9, you should definitely stretch your ligs. That means downwards. Straight down and BTC angles.

No actually I understand everything, I just wanted to get confirmation as I havent seen any results yet from my stretching which is
30sec each:

Up, up-left, up-right
Forward, for-left, for-right
Down, down-right, down-left
To my back, tmb-left, tmb-right

Maybe it’s because I’ve stopped jelquing recently,, is it that important to jelq 10min at the same time?

Something I’ve never understood about LOT is about targeting the tunica or ligs. Surely the tunica would be targeted anyway(?) or is this an exception found when using a bib hanger (I’m assuming bib was describing LOT primarily in terms of bib hangers).

seyz, this is not an exact science, it’s impossible to say at what point one should or shouldn’t bother anymore. All I know is that IF we assume that the theory is correct, at LOT of 6 you won’t get any more gains at all from lig stretch. Why I think that one must ask himself if he wants to have the trouble of stretching his LOT from 7 to 6 is because the lower the readings go, the less you will gain in relation. In other words, the LOT change from 7 to 6 will give you a lot less than LOT change from 8 to 7.

Yes, I would still attack the ligs with 7.30 LOT, but I encourage everybody to educate themselves on the subject and form their own opinions.

How much could someone expect to gain with alot of 9, from just stretching the ligs? O{r does it all depend.

Impossible to know like this. It’s all about individualistic differences. One can make some estimates, by trying to measure how much longer your penis would be without the curve that your “inner penis” has. This would work if you’d assume that you get your LOT to flat 6.

If you have a LOT of 6, what are you suppose to do for length?

Stretch your tunica or septum, which ever is your limiting factor or shorter, that is. It’s always about the limiting factor. The shortest tissue, that takes hold first when you stretch out.

So stretching the tunica would be thinks live v-stretches and a-stretches. What about stretching septum?

It doesn’t matter if you use a normal ok-grip stretch or a-stretch or v-stretch, what matters is to what direction your base is stretched towards to. Ofcourse V-stretch tends to hit more ligs and A-stretch the tunica/septum because of the way they are performed.

Tunica and septum are stretched with the same exercises. The shorter one, the limiting one, is always stretched, until progress balances their lenght out and they are of the same lenght. This point is probably the hardest of all to get any gains from since there is so much strong tissue that takes the load.
