I read in the stretching section that 20 min. sessions are not uncommon. Additionally, it said (in the over the thigh stretch I think) that a good, 5 min. stretch is good. So, I’d surmize that 10min. of stretching, outlined in the newbie routine, isn’t really going to help much, right?
I’m going into my 2nd week, and I feel fine with the newbie routine and a 3/1 routine. I think I’m going to double my stretching to 20 min, or even 30 min; I feel a good stretch in my ligs but they aren’t sore or tired the next day. Anything to add before I try this (or is this simply a bad idea)?
