stretch routine

stretch routine

so i have a low LOT of about 8 O’clock and when i stretch i can really feel the ligs but when i stretch upwards i dont feel the tunica. is this common? My routine is a hot wrap and then Jai stretches than outwards and then upwards and side to side then V-stretches. Does anyone have any ideas for a routine for me or is this fine?

Looks like your caps key is misbehaving ;)

8 is not really a low lot. 9 would be considered a high LOT 6:30-7 is edging low.

The tunica is much tougher than the ligs, a different kind of thing altogether - you are maybe more likely to feel tunica stretches more after a session than during. Sometimes heat during the stretching routine can allow the tunica to be stretched more and give more immediate feedback.

Your routines sounds fine but how long is it?

How do you feel afterwards?

stretching part is about 10 minutes and my ligs feel sore

That caps key is real problematic, could reading the Forum Guidelines help at all?

10 minutes is a good amount of stretching at the start, you can probably wind it up to 20 minutes as you go on but hopefully you are in the territory of relatively easy lig gains still.

Pretty soon you’ll be able to judge the effectiveness of your routine by the gains you get, which is always nice :)
