I don’t know if any one else has this problem. But I get a hard on at the blow of the wind basically. This is a problem for stretching because you must be in a flaccid state. Any ideas on a length exercise? I have been PEing for 6 months off and on

Welcome, yage. I think “off and on” is the problem. Basically, when you touch your penis “he” can’t says if you want to masturbate or do stretches. If you are consistent, this problem should disappear.

In the meaning while, you could try jerking-off before PE.

Good idea, doesn’t masturbation affect gains though?

I’ve never seen any evidence that masturbation has affected “my” gains. You may want to try more consistency as marinera stated. Also, if you want to masturbate; try your stretches about an hour afterward.


Wearing a condom during your routine is not necessarily practicing safe PE!

I know what your saying partner, especially since I do my PE when I get up and the morning wood has a tendency to come surging back.

You just gotta sneak up on that sucker, maybe give him a couple good pulls before your warmup that could be making him think it’s play time. Just like marinera brought out, it will get used to the new conditions of being touched.

At least be happy you don’t have ED!

Haha yea Mtn high that’s when I mostly do them, in the morning. Yes it works thanks for the tips. Just have to get re-motivated.. 4th of July weekend really set me back

I had the same problem when starting PE. Jelqing has really helped tremendously in terms of getting an erection when beginning to stretch.

Hey I had the same problem, what worked for me is to blow my load afew hours before my stretching exercises. It works wonders.

Yeah i would also say masturbation 30 mins or an hour before stretching, because i myself had the same problem, my unit getting erect when i wanted to do some stretches, very annoying, i have skipped a lot of stretching sessions because of it.. but i beleive that jelqing is more essential.
