Stretch or Jelq, which comes first?

I just wanted to know what members thought was the ideal PE exercise order: stretch first, or jelq first-that is after a warm wrap, of course. The newbie routine lists the stretch first but doesn’t seem to emphasize it. Does it really matter?

In the beginning I did in one shot - stretch then jelq. I found it difficult to get an erection after stretch, so I did jelq first and then stretch. Now I do jelq in the morning and stretch with heat in the evening. It’s more convenient for me.

I find some light stretching whilst warming up combined with kegels gets every thing primed for the jelq. After the jelq routine and whilst soft perform a couple more intense stretches, then perform the warm down. I find this helps with maintaining a good erection level, that is, 50 - 70%.

I stretch before I jelq because;

a) Jelqing fatigues my grip strength which inhibits how long I can hold a stretch later.
b) The jelq lube I use (vaseline), tends to make the skin slippery even after washing it off.
