Stretch only routines due to time constraint...
I have done a search, but haven’t quite found what I’m looking for. Unfortunately, time will keep me from doing a full stretch and jelq program for a while. Since I mainly need to straighten out a curvature and gain some length, I want to focus primarily on those aspects.
Since I plan to move only to stretching and maybe light jelqing, does anyone suggest or recommend a new, modified routine. I was thinking:
5 min hot wrap
Helicopters to loosen up
[stretch 45 sec to 1 min (straight, down, up, left, right, V-stetches)] X 2
Light jelq (maybe 5 min)
Kegels while driving and sitting, etc.
I am about one month into PEing so no hanging, etc. I would appreciate any suggestions or additions to my above routine. Thank you for your time.
