Stretch only for a newbie?
Hello, my first post. I am 45. I did read the newbie routine.
Stretch mostly gives length, and jelq mostly girth? Or they multiply somehow?
What do you think I can expect in terms of results, if I skip jelq and just do stretch? I can fit that into my shower in the morning. The hot water as warm up and then pull 5x30s with some pauses between each of the 5. Then I can stretch a bit during each toilet visit etc.
(I will add jelq when I can but right now trying with just stretch.)
