Great. Thanks for pushing me to jelq. Yesterday I did a slow 100 jelq session (included in newbie routine) - slow because 4-7 secs per jelq. Approx 50% erection. I liked the very slow pace. Good?

A question about finger position. In the video the guy just seem to squeeze hard with “OK” ring.. From above or below etc. Yesterday instead I squeezed *only* from the sides, that is, on the left and right sides of my penis, using a straight thumb and index finger (after reading about it on the forum). Well that’s a question for debate, for guys getting to many red spots on their Glans I recommend the parallel style as it spares the Corpus Spongiosum, after all this is where the blood for the Glans comes from. However I still use an OK grip and I jelq one hand at a time as well, I find the OK grip fine for me and can easily control the pressure I use to suit my erection state.

Some very basic questions

Hello. I have not started to PE at all. But I am very curious. I’m trying to learn everything I can before beginning. Is there a video, similar to a work out video, that is available anywhere? Something that plays for say 30 minutes to an hour, depending on routine? Something that you can watch and go along with? There seems to be so many details, like how hard to grip, angle, technique, level of erectness, etc. It’s a bit overwhelming.
