stretch on off days?
I have been “trolling” for a few weeks. Trying to read what everyone has to say because I don’t want to reinvent the wheel here.
I have been doing PE for about 3 weeks and definitely have noticed a difference, as has my wife, whom I did not tell what I was doing. She says my erections are more firm, and feel thicker. Well, I have gained from a 5 to a 5 1/4 on girth when erect.
Now I finally have a question that I want an opinion on.
When I take an off day, which I absolutely hate, can I at least do the BTC stretches, or hand stretches? I feel that’s not doing too much and the jelqs are the real killers as far as needing rest, at least for me.
