Thread title is supposed to be Stretch Marks=Results?

I have been doing the newbie routine for about 2 weeks. I notice when flaccid my cock hangs more most of the time and always is veinier in appearance. When erect it is much veiner looks pretty mean in my hand it feels a tiny bit bigger girth wise I’d say as well but not much.

I noticed on the left side next to a cluster of vein a stretch mark.

I have nothing to use to measure right now at all so I just look for gains by eye.

I plan on getting the measuring apparatus soon though.

In weightlifting gains cause stretch marks, does the same apply in the realm of PE?

Yes, you can get stretch marks from PE’ing.

I know but is it do to the actual growth or tugging is it something positive?

Stretch marks appear when you stretch for a long period of time or the pressure you stretch with is too high. I don’t see it being a positive thing. I guess it can be seen with growth.

Most people seem to avoid them as they don’t feel that they are aesthetically pleasing. I make sure to use lotion, especially after workouts, to minimize them. The best visual indicator for me is how “healthy” it looks after a workout, both erect and flaccid. If it looks healthy, then I’m pretty sure I’m gaining.

Well I just do the newbie routine and only jelq for now and some stretching. I am trying to avoid them myself it’s a really small stretch mark I barely notice it but when inspecting noticed.
Wouldn’t the Vitamin E oil prevent these I guess after I warm wrap when finished I should re- apply the vitamin E instead of washing it off in wrap.

Guys here that gained a lot must have a ton of these marks especially ones using weights.

No, if proper care if taken, you can avoid these.

In my opinion stretch marks only tell you that you are stretching your skin, not necessarily your ligaments. I got stretch marks in my first two weeks of PEing and then didn’t get anymore. You might need to concentrate more on not pulling so much on the skin when stretching or jelqing, try to push some of your skin down toward the base of you unit before you grip and stretch. If jelqing try to use lotion if you can.

Measure as soon as you can and don’t try measuring “by eye”. Your mind is too powerful and will tell you that it looks bigger or smaller depending on your mindset. You don’t need to buy any apparatus, you can measure girth by cutting a strip of paper and wrapping it around. All you need for length is a cheap ruler. You really want to get an accurate measurement now before you start growing too much, you will thank yourself later. Measure the same way every time consistently, the importance is too see how much you have grown, not how long you are.

Thanks for the insight very informative. Looks like you gained an inch about everywhere from your stats. I have patience so even if it takes a year to get substantial gains I’m with that. I’m hoping for way less time though to start noticing change. Do you have to hang or is stretching and jelqing adequate for gains,

I skipped last night because I felt very sore just didn’t seem like a good idea. So I will be doing my routine very soon then another in the morning.

I strictly used the exact Newby routine for the first month and then slowly started adding on until I arrived at the routine below. I dont hang and just started with some very light clamping but I dont attribute any of my gains to anything other than the below routine. My schedule has actually caused me

Mon, Tues, off wed, Thurs, Fri, off sat and sun. Just doing it by the book for the most part.

- 5 min. wrap with warm water
- Manual stretch: 2 sets of 1 minute each; down, down right, down left, up, up left, up right, straight out.
- V stretch: 2 sets of 1 minute each, up and down.
- Wet Jelq: 5 minutes each position, 4-5 seconds each Jelq; down right, down left, up, up left, up right, straight out.
- Get about 90% erect and hold at base to fully engorge. Then release and Kegle to keep pumped up. Stimulate erection to keep full. I do this once with each hand for about 1 minute each.
- Do a couple of ULI’s
- Do some edging and dont finish!
- Run warm water over penis for a minute or so
