Stretch & Jelq oder
I’ve looked through the forum and didn’t find a clear answer to this: Is there an opinion on what’s the best order for stretching & jelqing? It seems that most first stretch, then jelq, which is what I’m doing as well but wondered if there’s an opinion on order, and if order makes a difference (ie. First stretch then jelq good for length, other way around better for girth).
I’m asking as I understand that stretching is not helping with girth (primarily) while jelqing is for girth exactly, so I guess the two impact each other.
