When stretching how much force should I be pulling with?

I can pull real hard without having pain but it seems sort of disgusting pulling that hard if you know what I mean

What I do is is take a shower heat up make the tissue nice and warm and soft and start pulling with a light force for 5 minutes. Then medium force for next 5 minutes. Then a considerable amount of hard force on the next interval. Then for last 2 minutes I pull extremely hard. Then I finish. You have to pull on your comfort zone. Some people do hanging which is way more force on the penis then stretching considerable hard. Do What you can handle and work your way up to building your mini warrior.

Short Term Goal: 8.5 inches || EBPL Long Term Goal:9 inches EBPL

Usually hanging implies less force than manual stretching.

My advice is to use only that much force that gives maximum stretched length. More force will yield no more elongation. This is the force needed to set the BPFSL.

No idea what you mean.

That aside, GainerGuy gave some good advice about starting light and working your way to your max.

I cant speak for everyone, but I know I have reached my max when I start hitting fatigue in the trunk of my wanger. No reason to pull harder than that.

I do my stretching in the shower and because of that I have a very related question.I’m still in the newbie phase I suppose(pumped for about 3 months, but only been doing jelqing/stretching about 4 weeks).

Anyway, doing it in the shower, especially when doing V stretches, my hand tends to slip off if I pull hard enough.the question is, if I have to limit the force with which I’m stretching to avoid that, is that likely to be enough force to generate gains? One thing I can do, by the way, to adjust a bit is “jelq” so to speak, some blood to the glans making it a little larger than the rest which is of course at least somewhat flaccid, acting as a handle of sorts. Is that safe?

And honestly, even if I weren’t doing this wet, I’d probably still be doing the “jelq some blood to the end” thing, so I guess it’s an important question either way.

This makes me have a question…I don’t care about flaccid anything. Will stretching improve Erect length?

If you’re sore for over 24 hours it implies you’re overworked. Avoid sharp pain as well. Also, start with less force and only increase things slowly over time (weeks, months etc), adding both duration and intensity to your manual stretching.

You may want to jelq before manually stretching as well; there are some benefits to pre-fatiguing the tissues and this may increase the effectiveness of your stretching exercises.

I have always kegeled or jelqed some blood into my head so when stretching so I have something better to grab on to. I have never received any damage or injury from doing this, so, it has certainly worked well for me.

It was asked if stretching will improve erect length. I will add my answer to the others above. YES

Many of us here have gained erect length through manual stretching often combined with manual jelqing. I personally gained about an inch in erect length from stretching and jelqing.

blink gives good advice with jelqing before stretching. I usually did stretching, then jelqing, then more stretching.

I learned it the hard way. In my newbie routine, I stretched too hard… got some bumps and thromb veins.. arrrrrr

Aside from firegoat’s advice, which I’m sure you’ll find helpful I would say watching your PI’s is one way to know whether you’re creating enough fatigue.
