I’ve been doing PE for about a week and I’m experiencing a bit of soreness and sensation that my ligaments are tired/stretch. When I do kegels I feel my penis being sore/tired. It creates some VERY mild discomfort but it feels like soreness and/or a good stretch. Just want to get some input on other’s experiences. To me it makes sense that my penis would be tired, sore, and feel stretch because I exercised it and the tissue has to rebuilt, etc.but you never know! Better safe than sorry.
