Stretch and jelq all in one session

Do you guys do it all in one session per day or for example stretch in the morning then jelq later? The problem is that I can hardly get privacy to do one session but then again it’s kind of hard to stretch then instantly jelq as the penis would be a bit worn out.

Starting size:

Length - 6.5

Girth - 5

I stretch on some scale throughout the day. Every time I take a piss, I pull and tug in several directions. Prior to jelqing I stretch. After jelqing I stretch some more. Then I strap on the penimaster and keep it stretched.


Sometimes I do stretching separated from jelq/squeeze type of exercises, and it feels ok. Now I do it together, a little stretching before jelqing, and more after it. It stretches much better after jelqing, try it.

I seperate my routine. I do jelqs in the shower in the morning, stretch routine around mid-day, and then clamp at night. Of course I only do girth exercises every other day, but I think breaking it up is fine to do.
