Stretch and clamp, could it work

I’ve tried various stretching exercises and I’ve tried clamping and got decent results from both, but I’ve never put the two together into the same routine. I knew that logically clamping can become an obstacle for the stretching aspect of my routine but I decided to give it a try anyway. I haven’t measured, but after 3 weeks of doing it I’m definitely feeling it both in length and girth!

I don’t do them one after another. I’ll do 2 - 20 mins sets of clamping at one time in the day and I’ll stretch for about an hour with an imitation of captain wench at a different time in the same day, while I jelq in shower for about 20 mins. (All in the same day) I’m not sure what this may produce in the long run, but so far so good.

Has anyone experimented with implementing such girth exercises and stretching exercises into a single routine(in the same day)? Any thoughts? Thanks

From the words you use, I assume that you have done PE for several months (3+) already.

I have done it, with excellent results. 3,75cm in length and 3cm in girth in 8 months by doing both girth and length exercises. After that I did only length, already reached by girth goal.

Yeah I’ve been doing it for some time, but routinely only for couple of months. It seems like a great combination. Thanks for the reply Bird. I already thought I was all alone experimenting!

I am actually doing a 6 month study on clamping and hanging. My hypothesis is that clamping will actually help my length gains (especially NBPEL). I am only about a month into the study, but I have noticed results. When I am done with the stud I will post my results and routine.

Nice. I’ll post my results too as I decided to stick with this routine for as long as I can see some progress. Are you going to clamp and stretch in the same day? Are you planning to do it one after another immediately or are you for example going to clamp at one time in the day, and later in the day stretch? I wonder if the order in which clamping and stretching can be done in this routine even matters.

Does clamping help length gains?

I’m not sure. Some people report lenght gains just from clamping: usually not significant. I was curious if clamping could stand in the way of stretching progress

I am not going to divulge my routine until I am finish with my study. I will be hanging and not stretching. I do believe the order, clamping time, and clamping exercises do matter.
