Stretch and clamp, could it work
I’ve tried various stretching exercises and I’ve tried clamping and got decent results from both, but I’ve never put the two together into the same routine. I knew that logically clamping can become an obstacle for the stretching aspect of my routine but I decided to give it a try anyway. I haven’t measured, but after 3 weeks of doing it I’m definitely feeling it both in length and girth!
I don’t do them one after another. I’ll do 2 - 20 mins sets of clamping at one time in the day and I’ll stretch for about an hour with an imitation of captain wench at a different time in the same day, while I jelq in shower for about 20 mins. (All in the same day) I’m not sure what this may produce in the long run, but so far so good.
Has anyone experimented with implementing such girth exercises and stretching exercises into a single routine(in the same day)? Any thoughts? Thanks
