I know this may be best in the Main Member Forum, but don’t have enough time in yet to post it there.

I’ve been using a bit different technique over the last few days that I really think is going to pay off and just wondered if it’s already been discovered and used for good results.

What I do is similar to what I think is a jelq squeeze, but with a bit of variation. I start by grasping just below the glans and pulling straight out. Then I grasp with a jelq grip at the base and jelq towards the glans while at the same time squeezing on the glans to force any blood into the mid-shaft. The difference that I see with this and the jelq squeeze (or maybe Uli) is that I don’t try to bring my two hands together towards the mid-shaft. I continue to focus on using the hand at the glans to continue the stretch straight out. I still get a ton of expansion in the mid-shaft because of the squeeze on the glans and the simultaneous jelq, but I’m also getting a great stretch because both hands are now forcing straight out and simultaneously stretching also.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Is there a name for this type of exercise?

It is known to be in the double squeezes exercise family.

Good for girth for somebody, and if you keep stretching straight out is also good for lenght.

Let me see if I understand this right. Basically you’re using one hand to extend out the penis by gripping it just beneath the glan. Afterwards you use the other hand to do the jelqing up to the point where the other hand underneath the glan is. The hand just under the glan is gripped in a fashion so that it doesnt allow blood coming in from the jelq.

Did I get that right? It sounds rather interesting. It’s the first i’ve heard of it personally.

@WetMayo, yep, I think you’ve got the idea right. The way I do it I don’t really get a lot of movement of the hand doing the jelqing because there is so much pressure in the mid-shaft from the squeezing of the glans. It’s really a lot like a Uli that way. Only, I’m trying to keep pulling the glans hand away from the body while I’m using the other hand to jelq away from the body also. I can only usually move the jelq hand 1/2” or so before there is so much pressure in the mid-shaft that I can’t move it any further without pain.

Very interesting. I think I may give this a shot. The odd thing about this particular PE is that the blood escapes your penis after you let go of your grip to move it back down to the base, since your other hand is focused on holding the penis out. I wonder how this would go if you can find a way to hold the glan out, but able to use both hands in a fashion much like jelqing.
