So I’ve been doing manual stretching, including V and inverted V stretches, for about 2 moths now. I gained early on but it seems like I’ve stalled. Any suggestions on how I can get back on track. I started at 14 cm (5.5 in) and I am currently 14.5 cm (5.7 in) and my long therm goal is 16.5-17.8 cm (6.5 -7 in).

What’s your routine like?


I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

Warm up, stretch for 15-20, jelq for 15-20, warm down.

What about days you do your routine? 1 on/1 off, 5 days a week etc

You started 2 months ago and you believe you are stalling? There are guys who haven’t seen any shadow of gains for the first 6 months. Your routine seems to be working. Give it time.

Out of curiosity, why you started with fulcrum stretches instead than regular?

2 on 1 off. I began using the fulcrum because it was relatively low risk for injury and many people have seen great gains with them.
