I just bought one of these silicone cup stretchers

I’m starting PE as soon as my colloquium terms ends in about few days..
Can I use this ONLY for replacement for manual stretching??

I’m not going to use it as an ADS first few (4-5) months but it was on a biding an it costs 10$.:D

What else would it replace?

I’m not sure I understand your question, but I believe I already answered that when we talked via private messages.

ADS cannot replace manual work or hanging, it serves as an aid while you’re recovering. You won’t gain much from it alone. Manual stretching is fundamental exercise for length.
