Streching video question
Hello. I just watched the simple manual stretch video (when I started PE I couldn’t register neither look on the videos) and noticed that when he
Creates his grip the foreskin is a bit on the glans. When I learned by reading I thought that you should retract the foreskin totally and then make your grip..
So that’s what I’m doing now, pulling the foreskin back totally and the glans is free. Maybe it’s OK to do both, but I’ve had almost none gain in 1 1/2 month
And I easily get bruised on the glans. (I do 20 30 sec stretches (newbie routine)) But now I will try and do as in the video. How are you guys doing it? Hope you understand what I’m mean.
