Hello. I just watched the simple manual stretch video (when I started PE I couldn’t register neither look on the videos) and noticed that when he
Creates his grip the foreskin is a bit on the glans. When I learned by reading I thought that you should retract the foreskin totally and then make your grip..

So that’s what I’m doing now, pulling the foreskin back totally and the glans is free. Maybe it’s OK to do both, but I’ve had almost none gain in 1 1/2 month
And I easily get bruised on the glans. (I do 20 30 sec stretches (newbie routine)) But now I will try and do as in the video. How are you guys doing it? Hope you understand what I’m mean.

You will find what works best for you through experimentation. Try every option you have for a while.

You are trying to find the grip that gives the best stretch with the least grip pressure, and with no pain. Whatever grip that is, is the best grip for you to use.

Use a piece of toilet paper to aid your grip; it will reduce slippage and allow you to grip with less pressure, reducing the chance of bruising and damage. The usual recommendation is to grip a little behind the glans, but it is not the best for everyone.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
