is it possible to gain girth by doing only streching exercises?

Nachovidal, hahaha :D . I’m laughing at the name, not making fun of you, it’s just funny ‘cause I know who that is. In reply to your question, I think you may gain some base girth, but I don’t really know. Some other people will know better.

Yea I’ve noticed a bit of base girth with my stretching. Not sure if it’s from my V stretches or just stretches in general? Though jelqing afterwards seems to even it out again?

It happens, but not to majority of people - like gaining only length doing jelqing or clamping. That’s why we advice newbies doing the newbie routine (so both stretching and jeqling) despite the fact they are interested only in length or girth gains.

It is absolutely possible. I have and I do not believe that my case is an exception. My guess is that length increases without girth increases are rare. Perhaps if one is exclusively targeting the ligaments.
