Work on correcting your EQ issues first. Then and only then introduce stretching.

Proper PE should always enhance your EQ.

Hello titleist, my EQ is very good. I am worried that if I implement stretching on my pumping&jelqing routine my EQ will go down.

Does stretching affect EQ ? I was unaware that was the case

Thats what marinera said, plus a simple google search yielded me with plenty of results confirming this. However since PE is being developed by the day and the concensus may change(see LOT theory),I wanted to give it a shot.

It shouldn’t affect it negatively. Start slowly.

I notice it effects me a lot. I only do 2mins of stretching in my routine and my EQ dropped a bit and I notice my penis is more sore from jelqing afterwards. And I stretch super soft.

If you pull your penis with too much force (till feeling pain), stretches may affect negatively your EQ.

Stretching can affect EQ.

I always had some issues with my erections after stretching routines, nothing scary, but it was there.

Anyway stretching is very important for length.Maybe you can do them in moderation, say every other session.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Overall workload, strong grip, and intense force may all contribute to a dip in EQ.

Detailed tracking would help. If shorter times and/or less force reduce the EQ drop, adjust accordingly.
