Strech then or before the jelq
Hi guys! This is my first post, I’ve started PE from about 2 months, and I’m really satisfied, I’ve gained about 0.6 cm in BPEL.
My routine was :warming, then simple stretches, V-stretches, and then 300 jelqs.
From two days, I’ve started to the jelq before, and then the do the stretches, and I’ve noticed that my semi-erection during the jelq is more costant then before, but the length, of the penis is lower then before (in practise I jelq with a smaller penis), another particular , is that now, I don’t do the stretches immediately then the jelq, but I prefer do the stretches in the second part of the day (about 6 hours later).
What do you think is better to do? Continue with my new routine, or do the old routine.
