Strech then or before the jelq

Hi guys! This is my first post, I’ve started PE from about 2 months, and I’m really satisfied, I’ve gained about 0.6 cm in BPEL.
My routine was :warming, then simple stretches, V-stretches, and then 300 jelqs.
From two days, I’ve started to the jelq before, and then the do the stretches, and I’ve noticed that my semi-erection during the jelq is more costant then before, but the length, of the penis is lower then before (in practise I jelq with a smaller penis), another particular , is that now, I don’t do the stretches immediately then the jelq, but I prefer do the stretches in the second part of the day (about 6 hours later).

What do you think is better to do? Continue with my new routine, or do the old routine.

Welcome to the Forum Simo!

If you find your new routine works better then by all means use that. The routines given, although normally the better way to go (most people gain that way) Are not absolute, and can be altered slightly to accomodate your better reaction to them.

I will second this opinion. I base it on no science at all.

On a mildly related note; If I don’t do stretches at all I find that I turtle a lot more after jelqs+clamps.


My name is sarcastic.

I do my stretches straight after warming up and probably will never change.

Although, strangely, recently I’ve been getting semi-erect during my stretching exercises which never happened to me before and pretty much renders the stretching portion of the workout useless as you want your penis as limp as possible during stretches to have any real effect.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

I’m going to suggest stretching after, so that you can get those CCs all loosened and warmed up by the jelqing— but then what do I know?

You just want to stretch when you are completely flaccid but either way warm up first.

Really, you don’t even need to do stretching and jelqing in the one session. I don’t. I do stretching while having a break from study during the day while watching chappelle’s show or something.

I think it’ll make zero difference which order you do them in, since mostly they work different things. Whatever you feel more comfortable with is fine.

Agreed. For a couple of months I jelqed first and then stretched and vice versa for an other couple of months. Gained same during both routines. But the common trend is to stretch first and then jelq.

I do after after taking a small rest
