Strange thing happening during dry-jelqing

For my last 2 or 3 workouts during dry-jelqing, my foreskin (I’m uncircumcised) swells up and gets really puffy, like there’s air underneath it or something. It goes away after about 2 hours, but it makes doing any other workouts nearly impossible because the foreskin gets very sensitive when this happens. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I stop it? Any help is much appreciated.

Sounds like fluid build-up, try doing your jelqing after your other exercises. You may be better of with wet jelqs for now and try dry ones later on when you’re more accustomed to it.
