Strange occurrence during clamping

So, I clamped for the first time today. I clamped right at the base of my penis, and (as expected) my penis became engorged. However, I also noticed something going on further inside of my body. I noticed a growth/bump (presumably) a blood engorgement back near where my penis meets my bladder or whatever. I’m not sure of the technical term but I can feel it right behind and underneath my balls. Is this normal? Why would this be happening, if I’m just pumping up everything PAST the clamp? Thanks.

Find the glans (head) and follow the tube (corpus spongiosum-CS) back to the “bulb” of the penis. Clamping the CS will cause the bulb to swell because the glans-CS-bulb is a closed fluid system.

So this is normal then? There’s not a serious threat that it will burst? If there is a threat, how do I know when I’m expanding it too much?
