Hi,

I wanted to know how should I measure myself, because I’m a little bit confused. If I set the ruler above my penis, and measure it from the pubis to the top, it goes 14.5 cm. If I press it into the pubic bone, it goes 16.5 cm. If I measure it from sides, it goes 17 cm. So ho long am I? I would like to report myself to other guys, but I can’t do that, because I don’t know my real size. How do you measure yourself? Thx a lot.

Also I would like you to tell me if I should start a PE session. Do I need this?

You can tell all your friends you are 14.5 cm - top measurement is the only one that counts - either bone pressed (BP) or non-bone pressed (NBP)

Sorry, that should read 14.5 NBP or 16.5 BP - Most popularly expressed size is bone pressed.

17 is ass pressed.

You can tell your friends either 14,5 or 16,5 .

I measure bone pressed.

If you want, start with the newbie routine, although I recommend to start with more rest days or fewer repetitions than what it says there.

Thanks!! So, should I be worried about BPEL:16.5 cm? That means 6.5 Inches. I always thought that I should improve my “size”, but is it ok? I also wanted to buy a vacuum pump, for instant increases, but I’m not sure if making it bigger will help me. Does this help you, guys? I don’t want to hurt any of my girlfriends, or to make oral/anal sex impossible.

Of course bigger is better.

6.5” is above average and is the size I have been batting with most of my life without complaint.

If you want to grow a bit (don’t we all if we are here), take it slow, read everything you can here at Thunders (especially all that relates to newbies such as yourself) and leave the pump alone until you have conditioned your dick for at least a couple of months.

I’m from Romania.somewhere in eastern europe (if you didn’t know, as many others:) ) ) I’m 23. Why shouldn’t I start directly with a pump? What is the meaning of conditioned penis? How should I start? I have read a lot of documents and forums regarding penis enlargement, but I have never talked about that with someone focused on the same problem. It is really helpful.

A conditioned penis means a penis able to handle whatever exercises you wanna do with it. If you go to the gym, you ain’t gonna lift 260 kg in the first day, cause you may brake some bones or ligaments. That’s why you gotta start slow, light stretches and jelqing and kegels. That is , if you wanna start PE .

So, I have started doing some jelqing & stretching & clamping 3 -4 months ago, but with no order. I did it 2-3 days a week. Am I ready for a vacuum pump? I read that it has an 8-10 hour effect, and after 3 - 6 months, results may be permanent

To get good results from pumping, you have to know what you are doing, have the correct size of cylinder, know what pressures to use, how long to pump for etc. Pumping for good results is quite complicated. Read as much as you can on the Pumper’s Forum here at Thunder’s, then decide if you want to start pumping. Done well, it is a good method. Done badly, it is a fast way to either injure your penis or get no results.

To people who are unfamiliar with PE, you are 14.5 cm NBPEL. That is how much of the penis is external, and it is what can be seen/felt.

BPEL (bone-pushed erect length, your 16.5cm) is used by PE guys because it’s a better measure for keeping track of improvements. This is because bone pushing is a more consistent measure. It won’t be different the next day from putting the ruler in the wrong place. NBPEL can be inconsistent and there’s more margin for error, but is the common measure. You are 14.5.

I dont really know much about pumping, but I`d suggest you start with some stretches and jelqing and kegels anyway, see how that goes.
