Okay whenever I pe even when I stretch the penis it gets into an erection rapidly.When I jelq even faster. I know you can’t do exercises or it’s dangerous while having a very erect penis. Anyone has the same problem? A way to solve it! No I am not sexually active right now and masturbating is against my religion! Any advice. If I let the erection subside it comes back quickly.

Same thing happened to me when I first started Jelqing. Once your mindset gets into the mode of exercise and not pleasure you’ll be able to control the erection. Try thinking of something like Pete Doherty nude with a hard on or anything to focus your attention off pleasure. After your mind is trained to PE, start focusing on the exercise and technique more.

Also it’s not my place to discuss religion as I live by my own personal faith but masturbation is very healthy in biological terms because it gives well needed stimulation to your sexual organs the same as penile exercises do. Nothing should cause a man to suppress that.

Personally I’ve always jelqed while super erect. But then again, that’s just my personal preference.

You have probably destroyed my ability to have an erection for about 2 years now with that pete doherty thing! I heard that masturbation lowers the chance of prostate cancer too, don’t know how accurate this information is though.

I have experienced this problem too. What I did to solve it was doing my length work first, both stretches. For now search for distraction and do your stretches first, reading a book etc while PE. Also accept that your penis should learn the difference between jelqing and sexual touching.

When you stop getting erections during stretching exercises then you can go over to jelqing as well, it will take you probably 4 weeks if you are PE 5-4 times a week.

Pull your erection down towards the floor slightly while jelqing.

I have a hard time keeping it up while jelqing anymore to be honest, though I think I’ve worn it out by going at the newb routine for 1.75 months straight. So I’m backing off a week. Also trying to manually override a lot less ;)

LOOOOOOOOL! Don’t worry I had to stop listening to any of my Libertines or Babyshambles albums for like a month+ to shake the image out of my head awhile back!

I believe your right about the prostate cancer observation, that (masturbation) as well as kegeling significantly lowers a males chance of getting prostate complications later in life. If you don’t use it, you lose it.
