Well I’m only trying to help my brothers out. I’ve had past experiences with exercises before, and I’ve done research on a lot of topics regarding PE manuals, and so on. I’m no spam man. I’m here because I want to share my knowledge on the topic, and I know that in the future I’ll make a difference. With that in mind, all I can say is that you guys will see me around.

We have a few Physicians, pro-BBers, and the like but more is always good. This is not an area where we have a poop load of guys with high-level knowledge.

As far as the whole PE thing goes? Thunder’s really is the Library of Alexandria when it comes to PE. “PE manuals” are usually written by guys that spent a little time in that library and then try and pass off a smidgen of knowledge they have gained as their own. New input is always welcome but don’t be surprised if people fail to simply gather at your feet to have wisdom imparted to them. Why not take a look around and see what is considered “basic” PE knowledge at Thunder’s.
