Hey guys I would really appreciate your help here. So let’s start with a short background.

Started PE 14 months ago. I started slow with 60 jelqs (2-3 seconds each) and 6 stretches (30 seconds each) up to 180 jelqs and 12 stretches in the first 8 months. In this period I gained 0.5 inches I erected length and 0.4 inches in EG. But after those 8 months the gains stopped. I made 2 months rest for deconditioning and started again. I tried 200 jelqs (really slow now, 5-6 seconds each) which takes me 50 minutes to complete and 15 stretches. Routine was 2 days on 1 day off. But no gains. Then 1 week rest I tried 300 jelqs again really slow and 15 stretches for 1 day on 2 days off but nothing. Again 1 week rest and I tried 250 slow jelqs with 15 stretches 5 days on 2 days off but again nothing.

So my question is where do I go from now. Increase more? I already do almost 1 hour jelqing and 20 minutes for stretching for 5 days a week.

What should I change? What should I try? Any other exercises, any suggestions? Please help, it is getting a little bit frustrating.

My first suspicion is frequency, my second intensity. More is not always more. Maybe you just overdid it. But there is a systematic way to find it out: going gradually from bottom to top.

Make a decon break of 4 weeks.

Then relaunch on a mini-routine with 1x30sec stretches and 50 jelqs. Keep this PE training entity strictly steady for the next 6 months.

First start with frequency. I’d say switch to 1on/2off for the first month. Then 2on/2off for the second in month 2. Then 3on/2off etc etc until 5on/2off.

Aplly a lot of heat, better 10min instead of the usual 5min before and after training.

Measure only once a month. Look at which frequency the growth reappears - voilà, you found your growth frequency. Stick to it, even if it’s “just” a 2/2 or a 3/2. Again, more is not always better.

Then comes intensity: once you found your growh frequency, keep it for at least one additional month. Then slowly start to increase it. Always on a monthly base, in one month you add another 25 jelqs, in the other month you add 1x30sec stretches. Again, keep note when your dick grows more than the previous month. The trick is to change only.one.parameter per modification: either the frequency or the stretches or the jelqs. But not 2 or 3 at the same time. Like this, you can find a root cause relation to the growth (and to yoir PI’s too).

Once you found optimal frequency and ntensity, stick to the routine until it’s worn out and all growth stops. Then make a 1 or 2 month decon break and restart all over.

When you said “Then relaunch on a mini-routine with 1x30sec stretches and 50 jelqs”, you mean just 1 stretch a day for 30 seconds plus 50 jelqs. I am just asking if I understood right about that 1 stretch per workout. And one last thing, what would you recommend about the erection level during jelqing. Mine now is 80-90 during jelqing. Should I lover it? And thanks a lot dude I really appreciate it.

50 to 70% erection level is fine. Not more than that.

Yup, 50-70%, even 40-60 is OK. A higher erection level makes the probability for injury in the beginning too high.

And by 1x30sec stretches I mean one 30 second stretch per direction.
