Stopped Gaining
Hey guys I would really appreciate your help here. So let’s start with a short background.
Started PE 14 months ago. I started slow with 60 jelqs (2-3 seconds each) and 6 stretches (30 seconds each) up to 180 jelqs and 12 stretches in the first 8 months. In this period I gained 0.5 inches I erected length and 0.4 inches in EG. But after those 8 months the gains stopped. I made 2 months rest for deconditioning and started again. I tried 200 jelqs (really slow now, 5-6 seconds each) which takes me 50 minutes to complete and 15 stretches. Routine was 2 days on 1 day off. But no gains. Then 1 week rest I tried 300 jelqs again really slow and 15 stretches for 1 day on 2 days off but nothing. Again 1 week rest and I tried 250 slow jelqs with 15 stretches 5 days on 2 days off but again nothing.
So my question is where do I go from now. Increase more? I already do almost 1 hour jelqing and 20 minutes for stretching for 5 days a week.
What should I change? What should I try? Any other exercises, any suggestions? Please help, it is getting a little bit frustrating.
