Dennis - The stretcher is a wonderful compliment. Saiyyan is right. Here is an example of my routine:
Start:
10/09:
NBPFL: 5.75” / NBPEL 7.75” / EG: 5.25” FG: 4.9”
(Starting PE Protocol: JES Extender 12 hours Per day, 1 day off per week. Intermittent jelquing, some Pumping.)
Results as of 11/09:
NBPFL: 6.25” / NBPEL: 8.25” / EG: 5.75” / FG: 5.5”
(PE Protocol: Jes Extender 8-12 hours per day, Shower time Jelquing, Restriction Kegels, Ulis and Horse 440’s. No pumping.)
Results as of 12/09:
NBPFL: 6.5” & NBPEL: 8.75” & EG: 6” FG: 5.75”
(PE Protocol: Jes Extender 8-12 hours per day 2-3 days per week AND after hanging for 30-60 minutes, high-tension. Shower-time Jelquing, Restriction Kegels, Ulis and Horse 440’s. BIB HANGING <Started @ 7lbs, jumped to 10 then 15 over 2 week span>. Pumping only to regain for blood flow after/between exercises. Also added Rice Sock as warm-up method.)
