Still uncertain about some things.

Still uncertain about some things.

Hey guys.I m into PE for 3 months off and on..

I started with newbie routine then thought was overdoing that.then switched to linear newbie routine.now have been doing the linear newbie routine for 3 weeks.but have not seen any gains..

I can not figure out that indicators of gaining appear or not..

Like my morning wood has definitely increased.but I can not get my dick erect after workouts..

Don’t know why that happen while usually people say that you get hard dick after workout..

I m uncertain whether that’s a positive PI or the negative one..

Moreover I m uncertain about the pressure applied to dick while jelqing..

Actually the reason I left the newbie routine was the same that I had started using too much pressure on my dick.linear newbie has the soft content..

And people here say that you should apply force as you do while jerking off..

But I think that force is less.then I unintentionally apply harder force to catch greater blood to my glans..

But still I m not sure whether m I doing it correctly or not??

Please guys help me.and give me some advice you can.

One advice is to read the Forum Guidelines.

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Hi rock900, welcome to Thunder’s Place.

have been doing the linear newbie routine for 3 weeks.but have not seen any gains..

Three weeks is not a very long time. If you aren't doing your routine consistently (“I m into PE for 3 months off and on..”) then gains can come slower.

I can not figure out that indicators of gaining appear or not..

Gains are measured with a ruler, not by erection quality.

It's not true or necessary to be able to do that after a workout. I wouldn't worry about it.

First you should be erect enough to have blood in the penis that can be moved with the jelq stroke, usually between 50% and 70% erect. Then you have to grip the penis tight enough to move that blood, but not so tight that you injure the skin or nerves. You should be able to feel the blood moving. It's not necessary to squeeze very hard to do that. It is more force than you use with masturbation.

The blood you're moving within the corpora cavernosa (CC) will not reach the glans. The corpus spongiosum and the glans are separate from the two CC (see this illustration).
