Still a long way to go.
I joined Thunder’s Place when I had just turned 18 (almost 3 years ago) with the intention of getting a big tool I could pack up and let loose at university. When I had just started I did it religiously, taking cheeky extended breaks in the bathroom. My routine was:
5 min warm up with a hot towel
Stretching in every direction
50 wet Jelqs
10 Ulis
5 min cool down
After 7 weeks I had no gains, became disheartened and gave up. I figured that it was so much hassle to get PE time at home, that I might as well wait till university and do it properly. I wished I’d stuck with it.
Like most people here will know, feeling like you have a small member can really mess with your mind. It was always playing in the back of my brain when I saw an attractive girl or tried to talk to one. I honestly believe university would have been more fun if I had a bigger member to raise my game. I was a virgin back then, and even after finding I could still perform well with a small todger I still couldn’t help feeling inadequate. I’m generally quite a confident guy, and people seem to assume I have a large penis. The expectation made it MUCH worse.
It was only a few months ago that I got my act together. It was over the Easter break that I decided to make PEing a lifestyle choice. I didn’t have a routine, I was playing my member like a jazz musician, stretching in my bed at night whenever it felt like it could be stretched, or stretching in the toilet whenever I had the chance. Most importantly, before going to sleep, I’d mentally force my penis to grow. Like a Yuri Geller type thing. I’d imagine it becoming how I’d want it to be and meditate (so to speak) instructing my body of what I wanted.
Recently I’ve progressed onto a more rigid routine (no pun) including jelqs. It alternates between length and girth:
Length - Stretching 20-30 minutes using yoga breathing and also focusing on leg and groin muscle stretches (I figure they’re all connected)
Girth - 30 jelqs + 10 Ulis
So now, has it worked?
2004 -
FL - 10-11 cm; 4.25-4.5 inches
EL - 13.5; 5.5
BPEL - 14.5; 5.75
EG - (base) 13.5; 5.5 (mid-shaft) 11; 4.5
I’m almost completely certain (although I never wrote it down) that these were the measurements.
2007 -
FL - 10-11; 4.25-4.5
EL - 17; 6.75
BPEL - 17.5-18; 7
EG - (base) 13; 5 (mid-shaft) 10.5, 4.1
My objective for length has always been NBPEL 20 cm 8in which I know I’ll achieve if I keep going. I have NO idea what’s happened to the girth of my mini-me. I keep thinking that I just didn’t measure it right all those years ago, or perhaps didn’t remember it correctly. But to be honest, I don’t think I could have accidentally added on 1/2 inch. Has this happened to anyone else? I feel like my flaccid penis is hanging thicker and I’ve heard stretching is supposed to help girth. The timing of this revelation is pretty crap. I’ve only just realized how important girth is. For all my girl friends, length just has more prestige and looks good, but girth feels alot better. I’d prefer to perform rather than be cocky.
So my PEing objectives are:
1) BPEL 18.5 cm EG (mid-shaft) 12 cm
2) BPEL 19.5 cm EG (mid-shaft) 13 cm
3) BPEL 20 cm EG (mid-shaft) 14 cm
4) BPEL 20+cm EG 15 cm +
So this is the end of my rambling PE history. I’ve still got a LONG way to go, but I’m a good example of how having no gains at first doesn’t mean there’s no potential to grow. Perseverance will open any door; or help grow a key. I wish I could go back and fill in the last 2 and a half years with exercises and stretches, but hey - you live and learn. Hopefully none of you will make the same mistake.
