Well it’s been a week doing pe excercises, and I have found that I now get rock hard erections and I’m more vainier (if that’s a word) on my penis. I havn’t done any new measurements yet (I promised myself I would wait 1 month) but it certainly feels larger (girth).

My routine

1.5 min. Warmup
50 dry jelqs
Then 15 second stretches up down left and right X 2
30 dry jelqs
3 min. Warm down

Take longer to warm up about 10 minutes.

Warm towels don’t last, what would you suggest? Most times I jelq in the shower so warm up isn’t a problem though.

I’m getting the same positive signs as you battleman84. It’s great. I also suggest a longer warmup and I suggest the rice sock, because it really works great.

I filled a sock with about 250 gr of rice, I tied a knot and put that sock into another one (just in case it had any holes). I heat it up for about 2 minutes in my microwaves and it stays really warm for about 10 minutes, so it’s perfect.


Started: BPEL: 13 cm / EG: 10.5 cm // 27-06-07

Now: BPEL: 14.1 cm / EG: 10.7 cm // 18-10-07

Goal: BPEL: 17 cm / EG: 13 cm // Soon ;)

Sermind has a good point. You can try this if you want. Have a bowl of relatively warm water and dip the cloth in it and apply. When you feel the rag is too cold or so re-dip it. IU do this for 5 minutes, works very nice.

Congrats battleman. I have been doing PE for almost a month now, and although I have not made huge gains, they are visually noticeable. It also feels heavier. Keep it up!

Rice sock tends to hold the heat in more. Fill up a sock with rice and nuke it on medium for two minutes. Funny story my mother saw me warm up a rice sock in the microwave and asked me what it was for. I said oh it for my wrenched thumbs. Pretty soon she made herself one and using it for her sciatica. It works real good for sciatica relief I did this back in March and April, used a rice sock for the sciatica I had. It really works good.

Well we both burned our rice socks to death and I’m about ready to make a new one because I’ve started on the Mem routine again.
