Hi everyone

I’ve been here for a while just reading, so finally my first post. Originally I came from another PE site, but so fare the information found here is just great and a lot of motivation. So let me start off with thanking all you guys, who contributed to the content of this site.

I just finished my fourth month of PE and must say, I’m really amazed that this actually works! (If only I knew about this some years ago - but better late than never.)

So let me tell you about my progress so far:

I started out beginning Nov’08 with a BPEL of roughly 16cm (6.3 in) and a EGMS of 11.2cm (4.4 in).

I started out with the beginners routine of the other site which essentially consists of stretching and jelqing. I started out with 1 day on 1 day off for a bit over a week and then moved on to 2 on 1 off for the rest of the first month. Later I switched to 3 on 2 off / 2 on 1 off. I also gradually increased the duration of the stretches and the number of jelqs. After two months I added some squeezes and after three months I added some assisted stretches as well as twisted stretches.

In contrast to most recommendations, I try to measure after each session - giving me an indication of how well the session was going. Though I do not consider these measurements to be “official” measurements, but they still give a hint of what might become an official one.

I take the official measurements once a month. As my fourth month just passed here are the measurements from the past four months:

After first month: BPEL 16.9 cm (6.65 in), EGMS 11.4 cm (4.5 in)
After second: BPEL 17.5 cm (6.9 in), EGMS 11.7 cm (4.6 in)
After third: BPEL 17.9 cm (7.05 in), EGMS 11.8 cm (4.65 in)
After fourth (I.e. Now): BPEL 18.0 cm (7.09 in), EGMS 12.0 cm (4.72 in)

So I just hit the magic (sort of) 18cm :-) No need to say, I’m quite happy about these gains!

So after this experience my goal would be to reach the even more magic 20cm (I.e. 8 in), after which I plan to concentrate much more on girth as I consider myself to be rather “narrow”.

I will try to update this thread monthly.

8 inches is certainly an admirable goal. Congrats on your progress so far, and many happy returns :)

Starting Jan 2009 - 5.9375" EL x 5.5" EG. Jun 2009 - 6" BPEL x 5.5" EG. Nov 2011 - 6.5" BPEL x 5.2" EG

Goal: 7" EL. Girth is fine as it is, but any incidental gains are welcome!

Another month passed.. And more gains! :-) 2mm in length and 1mm in girth. So now I reached 18.2 cm (7.17 in) BPEL and 12.1cm (4.76 in) EGMS!

I decided to focus a bit more on length and less on girth (which I will try to address after I gained some more length).

So I reduce my squeezes to half and add inverted V stretches. Any comments?

Start (11/08): BPEL 16.0cm (6.3"), EGMS 11.2cm (4.4")

Now (05/09): BPEL 18.4cm (7.24"), EGMS 12.1cm (4.76")

Congrats on the gains! I’d say if what you’re doing is working keep doing it!

One more month! I just hit 18.4cm (7.24 in) BPEL, no change in girth though.
