Hey everyone, brand new here. Figure I’ll state a quick introduction and my current situation. I’m 18 and reside in California, love to be active. I’ve been watching forums like these for a little while now, and finally decided to start participating in them. However, I leave for the Army next Wednesday on an Airborne Ranger contract. Obviously I will not be able to begin any newbie routines but I was wondering if there was anything at all I could try to keep up with while in there, given that I’ll be there for 6 years. I know I’ll be doing plenty of Kegels.
