Stealth PE'ers - Any luck splitting up jelqing and stretching?

Hello all:

For a couple reasons I am having to go stealth with PE.

I want to kick myself for not starting sooner — I had lots of privacy over the last few months. But next to none now.

So far it has worked best to split the newbie routine into two parts:

warm-up
stretching
warm-down

—-

Then later in the day:

warm-up
wet jelq
warm-down

Of course Kegels are easy to do any time and any where.

Is this a good strategy? Or would a better one be to do two short workouts including both stretching and jelqing? Of course I would not exceed the newbie recommendations.

I used to do the routine you are thinking of. It worked for me.

Shunga — thanks for the confirmation that this split routine could work. I would be pretty damn happy if I got the kind of gains you are showing in your signature.

I think between doing the split routine and the early morning routine of jelqing first/stretching second we discussed elsewhere, I will do ok.

Jelqing still seems a little tricky to me, but I think this is just a newbie thing. For any other newbies who may be reading this, this thread is helping:

Thanks for that link. Obviously not a routine for a newbie; but it definitely shows that great gains can come from a split routine.

I did an experiment today. I jelqed early a.m. Then I did stretches around 3 p.m. As far as I can tell from my limited experience, my penis pretty much feels and looks as if I had done them back to back in one session.

I highly suggest multiple daily sessions; it was the only way I was able to gain. If it were me though, I would skip the jelking altogether and substitute more stretching. I would also skip the warm-down, it’s not necessary.

Skipping warm-down would make things A LOT easier. Thanks for that tip.

I would imagine there may be PE days when the only thing that I will get in will be two sets of stretching.

As to more stretching and less jelqing, what worked for you? That is, how much stretching did you do when you started going that route?

It looks like you gained girth as well as length with stretching only. WOW.

Given my current stats, I *thought* that jelqing was necessary to gain girth.

So far I am finding that a low number of jelqs is about all I can handle — say about 50 to 80.

A few guys in the progress threads seem to be doing well with that low number of jelqs.

If I think about goals:

Current stats are 6.5 inch BPEL, 5 inch base-EG, 4.5 inch mid-EG, smaller still towards glans.

Ideally I will gain length and girth. I understand from my reading here that girth is harder to get than length.

On the other hand it seems that some guys do get girth from jelqing.

(If the penis fairy said, “You can only have either more length or more girth. Which do you want?” I would answer girth.)

On yet the other hand if I were to only gain length I would be damn happy too.

I started gaining girth with hanging and manual fulcrum stretches. And, I don’t jelk except for ‘behind the balls’ while wrapped between hanging sets, in order to force blood into my dick. Personally, I don’t feel that jelking produces enough stress to deform the tissues and therefore is a waste of valuable time – except for circulation.

Also, many believe that one should focus on gaining length before girth.


Then (4.5 nbpel x 4.75 mseg)

Now (5.625 nbpel, x 5.25 mseg)

I wouldn’t cut out the jelqs man… not yet.


Start (Aug.05): 6.6 BPEL x 4.375" EG

Now (Feb.2011): 8.6" BPEL x 6.0" EG...

Gains: 2.0" EL x 1.625" EG Way more than doubled my erect volume! PE for life. Anything is possible!

I agree with braindrain, also the warm down is beneficial so you should probably keep that to. If you really need to cut down on time just shorten everything and do as much stretching as you can throughout the day.

Say:
MORNING
1. 3-5 minute warm up
2. 5-10 minutes stretching
3. 3-5 minute warm down

THROUGHOUT
10-15 minutes stretching all up, (whenever you are alone).

EVENING
1. 3 minute warm up
2. 80-100 jelqs
3. 3 minute warm down

Jelqing is for length keep them in the program.

For a warm down substitute do bed fowfers.

I find a split routine to work better for me.

My penis does not get that sore and also I have a better flaccid hang throughout the day.

I also found that warm down is a necessity after my sessions.


I have decided whatever I do I will move forward in life

caboose2409 — that is a pretty good split. It is close to what I am doing.

padawan — I agree w the soreness issue. The couple of times I have done it all in one session, it seems like it is a little too much.

So far I am finding the stretches more stressful/tiring of the exercises; jelqing does not tire me out the same way.

Anyway, currently I am jelqing early morning and stretching later in the day. Warm-up and warm-down with rice sock both times. Occasionally I FORGET to do the warm-down. I will try to get better.

I “think” I may have made some small length gains since I started in early December 07!

Maybe it is a measurement error. For what it is worth, I spent the month of November 07 taking measurements several times a week to make sure I had an accurate starting measurement. But my last few measurements have been a consistent 1/8 inch longer.

Error? Wishful thinking? The real thing? I don’t know. You just can’t imagine how much I want to grow. (or maybe you can. ;-)

In any case, I’ll just keep tugging away.


I am really wanting to add some light pumping to this, but am trying to restrain my self for at least another month.

I do what would be called very minimal stretching, but it is done at a separate time from jelqing.

If you decide that you are in fact making gains, most would say don’t start pumping. Especially if you have problems related to going stealth.

By the way, I have little doubt that you have in fact made a gain. If you practiced measuring as you say, and have gotten the 1/8 for several measurements, an eighth it is.
