After reading this thread, and at 40 yrs old, I am wondering how effective it would be for me to “stealth PE”. I mean, dry jelqing after I pee (25 reps with a 10 second stretch/hold). I pee at least 10 times per day. Since I started peaking around this PE idea for performance and EQ, I do notice that my unit is more vascular and a little “fluffy”. (Choice of words?) Basically, this economy has me bored, stressed and a little out of sorts. I figure I might as well educate myself in something that might benefit me and my wife as we grow old together. Definitely PE for EQ and Performance first. Growth should be a by-product of it. With my “routine”, is there a chance? (I’m sure some of you guys are wondering, “who in the hell is this Acid Jazz dude”?) I sometimes wonder the same thing.

Acid, weren’t you worried about adding more length? Your proposed stealth PE regime could produce length as well as girth. Is that still a concern, or have you changed your mind about that?

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I was just a little frazzled. I think I just got her at such an angle that I hit her cervix straight on. If I learn how to be a better “cocksman”, it shouldn’t be a problem. She has no issue with my size. And I generally don’t either. Right now, I want to get some gremlins out of my head and have great eq and staying power. Shit though, last night, I lost my wood in the act. (Hadn’t happened in more than 13 years) But, I am dealing with alot of stress and some sleep issues. I don’t think that if I happened to add an inch or so in length, that it would be the end of the world. So, to answer your question. Yes, I have changed my mind about the length question. Do you think my stealth routine will help with eq?

First AJ . Can you break your post up into paragraphs, please. As it make it much easier to read and understand.

To answer your question. Probably not. You are breaking up the routine into insufficient exercises. It’s like going for a run, just running a few yards, and then stop. Walk a fair bit and then a quick run again. You would get fresh air but little else

Your routine is more likened to masturbating than “exercise” (Please forgive the simile It’s not intended to offend but illustrate)

Admittedly doing things like weight training are done in short bursts, but they are much more highly ‘pressurised’ units. - which are not recommended for PE.

Doing your exercise is more like that adopted by some PE’ers to assist their PE routine. Doing pulls and stretches when urinating. (or rather when going for a pee) So you really need a more progressive exercise to get any gains.

Try the Newbie Routine. and you should see some good gains.

Thanks for the input Petit. I will break the paragraphs up better going forward. I see what your saying. Do you think it’s more about reps or time? The newbie routine, if I remember correctly, has a 5 min warm up with a 5 min “work out”.

I DO have that kind of time, (shower or whatever). I’ll review the newb routine once again.

Mainly Reps AJ But you will see that time is also a major factor ,in that the reps must be unhurried. Taking several seconds to complete. So both are bound up with each other.

I am new to PE as well. I have been doing “stealth PE” for just a little over a month.

I talked to my wife about doing foreskin restoration (FR) and she has been supportive of the FR effort for the last 15 months.

She has made the comment “it feels bigger” about twice now, once about 5 months into FR and again about a month ago. The first time I said, “no, it was just the foreskin difference.” The second time I said, “maybe a little.” I asked, “do you like it,” and she said she did. Ego boost.

In fact I had gained 1/4 inch in length and almost a 1/4 inch in girth over the last year by doing FR only. With this, I started looking into PE and have started PE a little over a month ago. I have not told my wife about PE yet.

I do my routine early in the morning before the wife gets up. When she sees me doing anything I say it is part of the FR.

I am doing a newbie routine minus, five days a week.

5-10 minute warm up using a hot pad,
9 x 30 second stretches in different directions,
6 x 20 second cranks in different directions,
50 x 4 second jelqs in hot shower and clean up.

During the day
Kegels - 50 x 1-2 second, 5 x 10 seconds, 1 x 60 seconds

I use a TLC tugger for FR during the day and at night. About 10-16 hours per day, five/seven days per week.

EQ is as strong as ever. Good night and morning wood.

I have gained 1/8 inch in length, and none in girth in about a month and a half.

What happens if you don’t “warm up” with a hot pad? I am always sensitive about the amount of time I spend on things. (Unless you’re talking about Thunder’s forum LOL).er Laugh Out Loud for the purists out there.

I have done the routine without the hot pad every once in a while, but I try to do some warm up ( using a hot rag, shower, etc). I am new at this so I am going off of what I have seen on this site and others. Everything I have read says it is best to warm up and warn down. It helps with blood flow, which helps you grow.
